As Vice Principal of Secondary at CIST, I work closely with students, families, and staff to create an environment where learners feel known, safe, and empowered to grow. That includes strengthening learning pathways, ensuring student wellbeing is central, and helping teams design engaging experiences that connect learning to the real world. I bring a hands-on, learning-by-doing mindset to leadership, supporting students and teachers to build creativity, critical thinking, and the confidence to take on meaningful challenges.

I believe the strongest secondary programs are built on clarity, consistency, and care: high expectations paired with the right support. 

My goal is to help every student develop both competence and character, so they leave CIST prepared for what’s next, with skills they can apply and a strong sense of purpose. I’m especially passionate about helping adolescents discover their strengths, find their voice, and build a pathway that fits who they are and who they want to become.
