Pearson centre approval announcement at CIST

CIST is delighted to announce its new status as a Pearson centre to offer Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) Level 3 Business course for Grade 11 and 12 students starting August 2021.
BTEC is a career-focused qualification with recognition in 70 countries worldwide and will be part of our program for G11 and G12 students to develop knowledge and skills that will equip them for future employment whether after school or university. The BTEC website states the following: "Our qualifications have been developed in partnership with educators, employers and governments, and provide a flexible pathway - combining knowledge, skills and their application to real-life scenarios - enabling learners to progress to higher education or employment. You can be sure that a BTEC-qualified candidate will have the skills and knowledge needed to upskill your workforce."
